We have the best job ever
Our job is to make people smile through unique photographic experiences at all kinds of events. Each event is for us an opportunity to carry out a creative production, where we strive to capture moments of happiness and emotion. With Smybox, each person is immersed in an experience that recalls the innocence and fun of childhood, spreading joy to all who participate and gradually gaining confidence in us during the event, leaving a fun and professional result. We are proud to see how the smiles blossom and how each captured image becomes a lasting memory in the minds of our clients.
How come the idea?
Smybox takes after the traditional photo booth, that have been around for almost a century. They produce great photos, but they are not fit to be taken on the road - they are way too heavy. We took the idea of instant photography and turned something old into something new with a touch of magic of modern technologies. We came up with radical changes to the original concept so that anyone can enjoy having a picture taken with their friends. Everything started in Prague, Czech Republic in 2011, where all the hardware and software components are developed. From there the concept of Smybox travelled to many other places. The Barcelona team is a group of greatly talented people who will take care of your event from start to finish.
We are global
We have gone to more than a thousand parties with Smybox over the last four years. We have branches in Prague, Sao Paulo, Barcelona and Bucharest and we want to go even further. Even on the other side of the planet, every little party or a small town wedding is meticulously prepared.
